Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Do you take insurance?
For therapy services, I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum/United Healthcare, Tufts and Harvard Pilgrim (Point32Health). I am also happy to provide paperwork for you to utilize your Out Of Network (OON) Benefits.

For doula services, I am not in network with any insurance companies since, unfortunately, it is not yet a universally covered service in MA. However I am happy to complete any paperwork for reimbursement if your specific plan covers doula services.
Do you offer any services in-person?
For therapy services, I am only able to see clients virtually at this time. For doula services, I do provide care in person in the comfort of your home.
Where do I have to be physically located to access services?
I hold a Massachusetts license to practice therapy. As such I can see anyone for therapy that is physically located anywhere in the state of Massachusetts at the time of our sessions.

For doula services, I primarily serve Middlesex and Suffolk counties, but can take clients beyond those areas on a case by case basis dependent on my availability.
Do you prescribe medications?
As a licensed clinical social worker, I do not prescribe medications. However, I will work closely with your prescribing psychiatrist/psychiatric NP if applicable, and if needed, I can refer you to a psychiatric prescriber for medication evaluation.
What happens after I contact you?
I do my best to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. After the initial inquiry we will schedule a free, 15-minute consultation call to see if I am the right person to help you with your needs. If we decide to work together, you will receive an email to complete the new client paperwork and we will schedule our first appointment.
